Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated due to weather, holidays, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
We typically ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on the weight of the order.
Local pick-up is available for Weatherford, Oklahoma (we will notify you once your order is ready for pick up). Any damage or theft due to failure to pick up is the responsibility of the customer. The Rustic Buffalo is not responsible once customer has been notified of pick up location and time.
Shipping is $6.95 for U.S. orders & free for orders $70+
The Rustic Buffalo is NOT responsible for the following:
Incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information is correct before submitting your order. If you need to edit any information, please email Ashley@therusticbuffaloboutique.com and we will do our best to make timely changes.
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS will be responsible once we ship the package.
Once the package is marked delivered by USPS you will need to contact the carrier to obtain any information.
